We stayed at the Riviera over the weekend. The new manager Kari was so kind and respectful. She treated my family like her own!We received warm towels and blankets right out of the dryer!The rooms could use some updates but this resort is walking distance to Indiana Beach with a beautiful view of the lake. Overall we couldn't of asked for better hospitality. I give all this review to the hardwork and complete dedication to there new manager Kari. I can't wait to visit again and see all the changes she makes to give this place a better name for itself. This place has much potential to be a even greater place in the future.
